Food microbiology mainly is defined as the control of undesirable microorganisms in food. Microbiological analysis of food mainly; Count, positive / negative tests, biological stability tests, toxin tests and molecular tests for bacterial genome.
The aim of the project is the development of a test system correct, easy, fast and sensitive to identification the genome of foodborne pathogen that known to affect human health. The test system is designed as a multiplex real-time PCR test. mRT-PCR system common food pathogen known as microorganisms.
DNA ‘s is to provide the most sensitive and specific identification at the same time as Real time PCR. Validation of kits to be developed should be validated by an internationally organization which accepted this purpose and have all necessary to provide the protocols to ISO 17025
